A Systems Accountant is being recruited for our growing Ringwood based client. This is pivotal time to join the business as they have recently merged with a larger business which requires the integration of financial information to streamline financial reporting.
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the IT team, you will have responsibility for:
* Financial systems management
* Maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial data
* Technical support to finance teams, assisting with system issues
* Identifying and implement automation opportunities and process
* enhancements
* Financial reporting and analysis
* Month end process for multiple subsidiaries
* Variance reporting
* Assisting with budgets and forecasts
* Liaising with remote finance team
* Full time hours but 30 hours considered with flexibility
Suitable Candidate
* Qualified or Part Qualified with relevant systems and accounting experience
* Advanced Excel essential
* Power BI, ODBC links and data extraction and analysis experience
* Experience of multi-currency and multiple entities
* Management accounts experience in a multi-currency environment
* Strong accounting systems skills – Xero in particular would be useful
