Assistant HR business Partner Midlands Contract role up to 6 monthsAbout the Role We’re looking for an experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to join our People team on a fixed-term basis. You’ll provide high-quality HR support to operational teams, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver people initiatives, manage employee relations, and support day-to-day HR processes. This is a hands-on role with exposure to change, projects and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
* Provide practical, compliant HR advice to managers
* Manage employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
* Support recruitment and core HR processes
* Use HR data to track trends and support reporting
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
* Contribute to people initiatives, change activity and service improvements
About You
* Proven experience managing employee relations cases
* Strong HR knowledge and employment law
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence
