Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within the York.
What You Do
* Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
* Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
* Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
* Maintain strong client relationships
* Provide exceptional service to the clients

* An experienced Agent, who has sold luxury homes across York area
* You will be an ambitious, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
* You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
* You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
