* You will take ownership of a significant part of the hot beverages portfolio at a time when the category is evolving

* You will have genuine influence over brand direction, portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines, working across multiple markets and stakeholders.
You will bring
* Proven experience in FMCG brand management (food, drink, or consumer goods essential)
* Strong track record of delivering brand growth within complex portfolios
* Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity
* Experience across full marketing mix and NPD delivery
* Strong understanding of consumer insight, category dynamics and market trends
* Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
* Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term delivery
* A naturally curious, consumer-first mindset
