About the Role:
The company seeks a graduate to join the Client Solutions Team, working in both the New Build and Social Refurbishment Housing markets, as a Trainee Client Account Manager. The role covers the East of England; candidates must reside in Northamptonshire, North Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, or Cambridgeshire. Extensive travel within the area is required, with potential overnight stays.
You will work from your home office with at least 40% of your time spent in the field, Monday to Friday. Benefits include a company car, a competitive salary and bonus scheme with an OTE over £40k, 25 days holiday plus stats, and entry into the Group Self-Invested Pension Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
* Producing specifications for new and existing clients related to mixed-tenure new build developments and refurbishments.
* Collaborating with Development and Sales Managers/Directors and Architects to create specifications that meet client budgets.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key personnel in Client Maintenance and Development teams.
* Building a pipeline of new build developments and specifications for clients in the housing sector.
* Forecasting pipelines for secured work and planned refurbishments.
* Conducting factory and marketing suite tours to demonstrate company products and services.
* Producing monthly reports on opportunities and sales.
* Maintaining accurate customer contact records.
* Managing the quotation tender process for new business.
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Engineering, or Design-related subject, achieved recently or within the last 2 years.
* Preferably some experience in sales or construction.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* A strong desire to interact and build relationships with customers.
* Creative problem-solving abilities.
* A full UK driving license, as travel within the region and nationwide is required.
