What You'll Bring:
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
Day to Day You'll Be
1. Uses business software applications ( word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquires.
2. Receives, screens and directs iing calls/visitors, mail and email as required.
3. Maintains files and records
4. Arrange business travel, within the UK and international • Diary management • Coordinates meeting arrangements
5. Co-ordinating the organisation of business functions, and some social events for the team
6. Production of presentations and board reports
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Strong interpersonal,munication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions and prioritise
9. Highest level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism
10. Excellent organisational and administrative skills • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
11. A proactive and flexible approach to work
12. Ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure
13. Able to form professional relationships with people at all levels
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Open, honest and diplomatic
16. Able to manage a busy workload
