He heads up a thriving team of sixteen in IT across infrastructure, dev, data and more and needs a new Systems Manager to look after 150 users, one direct report and their entire IT estate. This is a role where you can step up, train and grow as or into a people manager. You’re probably a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer right now but you love mentoring your colleagues and are always there to help out. You know your future is leading people but you’re not getting the opportunity to do that properly yet and feel ready to start learning. You might also be and experienced IT Manager who is ready for a new challenge, wants to improve a new estate and mentor a new team.
