Due to continued growth, a leading refrigeration specialist is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join their established team covering Ashford and the surrounding area. The successful engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple customer sites. This is a mobile role offering plenty of variety, autonomy, and opportunities to maximise earnings through overtime and standby payments.
The Role
âś” Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration systems
âś” Fault finding and diagnosis of refrigeration equipment
âś” Attending reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs
âś” Completing planned preventative maintenance visits
âś” Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
âś” Providing excellent customer service on site
âś” Covering Ashford and the surrounding region
Salary & Benefits
âś” Basic salary up to ÂŁ48,000
âś” Additional standby allowance
âś” Door-to-door travel paid
âś” Overtime paid at 1.5x
âś” Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at 2.0x
âś” 1 in 4 call-out rota

Requirements
âś” Previous experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
âś” Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
âś” Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
âś” Full UK driving licence
âś” Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
