What you’ll be responsible for: Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Policy and regulatory strategy, EMEA to play a critical role in shaping our regulatory strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be at the forefront of policy and regulatory developments in key growth markets, helping Circle navigate complex environments and scale our global footprint. You’ll drive in-depth regulatory and market analysis and engagement that will contribute to cross-functional internal workstreams and to the development of the Circle approach towards these EMEA markets. Successful candidates thrive in complexity and a dynamically changing environment, and will be eager to learn, grow, and work dynamically across teams, contributing directly to Circle’s success in the region. What you'll work on: Track, analyze, and synthesize evolving regulatory and legislative developments across EMEA (including EU, UK, MENA, and SSA) that impact Circle’s business. Lead and draft consultation responses, position papers, and thought leadership on stablecoins and crypto-assets. Shape proactive policy strategies to advance Circle’s priorities and mitigate risks. Support and drive bilateral and multilateral engagements with industry experts, regulators and policymakers. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (e.g. product or market strategy workstreams) aimed at driving growth and compliance in new markets. Develop internal and external-facing documentation including memos, factsheets, briefings, and presentation materials. Support operational excellence by helping to manage key policy processes, tools, and systems. What you’ll bring to Circle: 4 years of experience in financial services, public policy, regulatory affairs, or legal/economics roles—ideally with exposure to crypto-assets or fintech. Strong knowledge and genuine interest in stablecoins, crypto-assets, and financial innovation. Proven analytical skills with the ability to connect dots across policy, business, and technology domains. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to translate complex ideas for different audiences. A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with lots of ambiguity. Curiosity, agility, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn and build. Proficiency with Slack, MacOS, and Google Workspace tools. A degree in public policy, law, economics, finance, or a related field.
