About the Role
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an efficient, safe, and commercially focused environment while meeting performance targets.
* Work alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management, demonstrating a hands‑on approach to all operational activities.
* Create an environment that motivates, supports, and inspires the team to excel.
* Continuously improve stockroom processes, identifying and solving problems to uphold the highest standards.
* Ensure our stock is presented beautifully and available to customers promptly.
About You
* Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others.
* Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment and adapts quickly to change.
* Excellent communicator, able to work calmly and realistically with people at all levels.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, able to challenge processes and generate innovative ideas.
* Confident in dealing with people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
* Experience working towards productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
