Responsibilities
:
1. Develop productivity improvement plans to meet annual targets.
2. Design and execute simulation models and experiments to validate process concepts and changes.
3. Conduct bi-annual workplace review assessments through MTM studies and process observations.
4. Provide monthly reports on MTM study achievements versus plan, including VTS request schedules.
5. Actively participate in the network IE team to share processes, report progress, and understand future initiatives.
6. Harness production system synergies and leverage VPS/Innovation & Digitalisation to support efficiency improvements.
7. Focus on delivering efficiency improvements through MTM studies.
8. Support line test performance activities from ItO to OtD readiness for new product launches.
9. Ensure annual updates of relevant master data in SAP.
Qualifications:
Education:
10. HNC &/or Degree in Engineering (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent).
11. Proficiency in eMPlant simulation.
12. Familiarity with standard data systems such as UAS, MTM, etc.
13. Industrial engineering practices (method & work study).
Experience:
14. Proven experience in industrial engineering techniques.
15. Ability to design, construct, and maintain eMPlant simulation models.
16. Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
17. Strong project management skills, including milestone adherence and delivery.
18. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and presentation.

20. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product performance, and plant/platform organisation.
21. Ability to manage customer and supplier relationships effectively.
22. Proficiency in workshop facilitation and steering.
23. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
24. IT proficiency, including Microsoft, SAP, IPS-T, PSS, MMS, etc.
25. Familiarity with target management processes and reporting systems.
26. Understanding of line balancing techniques and production system principles.
