Our client is a well-established law firm, they are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within their Private Client department. The purpose of this role is to assist a busy team and fee earner with their day to day to work, providing administrative and secretarial support. Duties: Production of accurate and timely documents Contributing to the management of client files Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation Maintaining and updating client admin files Support with reception duties as and when required Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office Booking of meeting rooms Requirements: At least 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary Strong and efficient secretarial skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with audio transcription Extremely organised and excellent communication skills Strong IT skills This role will be fully office based, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday from the office in Cranleigh
