Project Manager – Design, Fit Out & FF&E
Location: Oxford (Hybrid with site/client visits)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile workplace project for a global technology-led organisation.
This role will suit someone with a strong background in design and build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, who also has a keen eye for detail and proven experience in managing FF&E procurement — particularly furniture.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the delivery of a workplace refurbishment and fit-out project from concept through to completion
* Managing budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations
* Taking responsibility for FF&E procurement — including sourcing, purchasing and coordinating delivery/installation of furniture packages
* Working closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are achieved
* Acting as a key point of contact between the client and wider project teams
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within design & build, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects
* Strong background in FF&E procurement, especially furniture purchasing and supplier management
* A good eye for design detail, quality and finish
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware, with the ability to balance budgets, timescales and client needs
* Degree qualified or equivalent in construction, project management, design or related field (preferred but not essential)
