We are looking for a
Chief Operating Officer (Divisional Registrar) to join the leadership of the Social Sciences Division to make a significant contribution to the success of one of the largest groupings of social scientists in the world. Accountable to the University Registrar and the Head of Division, the postholder will have overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and financial management of the division, made up of fifteen departments, and for leadership of the divisional team. The appointee will also sit on the Registrar’s Senior Leadership Team. They will provide operational leadership and management advice to the Head of Division, and support him in providing academic leadership of the division’s departments and contributing effectively to governance and decision making at University level.
