The Role
As the Asset & Compliance Manager, you’ll:
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while managing lifecycle surveys of assets.
Lead internal and external audits to support operational excellence.
Develop and implement compliance audit plans and performance indicators.
Collaborate closely with Technical Service Managers to address compliance non-conformances.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and operational teams for seamless issue resolution. You
To be successful in the role of Asset & Compliance Manager, you’ll bring:
Experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of legislative compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
