We are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing engineering-focused business who are seeking a highly organised Business Administrator on a Part time basis, ideally 3 days per week. This varied role will support day-to-day operations including: Scheduling and calendar management Customer and supplier liaison Raising invoices, purchase orders and remittances Producing KPIs and managing spreadsheets Supporting ISO 9001 processes (training provided) Handling general enquiries and progress chasing Ideal skills: Strong written and spoken English Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel) Financial/admin experience Customer-facing experience QuickBooks (or similar), MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Excellent organisation, numeracy and attention to detail This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, thrives in a small team environment, and is confident managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Our client is happy to offer flexible working hours so this could suit someone who requires part time hours due to personal commitments.
