Corporate Customer Service Representative
Salary: £24,000 per year
Location: Aylesbury (Office Based)
Contract: Permanent / Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
Join our dedicated, passionate, and energetic contact centre team, assisting customers with queries and providing resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
* Passion for customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Experience in customer service preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential; training will be provided
