We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Stoke-on-Trent.This person has complex clinical needs including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
