This role focuses on Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) and first-level (L0) issue triage, supporting vehicle users and engineering teams to ensure propulsion and charging issues are analysed, documented and routed effectively.
Key Responsibilities Perform L0 triage and analysis of propulsion and charging system issues Support vehicle-level testing across BEV platforms Analyse test data using INCA or equivalent tools Ensure high-quality data capture, reporting and issue tracking Liaise with propulsion, software integration, vehicle engineering and quality teams Support issue replication on vehicles or test rigs where required Contribute to CAT process metrics and reporting Essential Experience Experience in BEV / EV propulsion or powertrain systems Background in vehicle testing, validation or integration Hands-on use of INCA, ETAS or similar data analysis tools Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics Structured problem-solving approach in a technical environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Full UK driving licence Desirable High-voltage system or component testing experience Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier background This is a hands-on engineering role, ideal for candidates who enjoy vehicle testing, issue triage and real-world problem solving rather than pure calibration or research work. xjlbheb
