Project Manager Needed
You will need to have had construction experience managing projects
Job Role:
- Planning work effectivley across all concurent job sites
- Attend construction meetings/ pre start up meeting with clients
- Attend site for progress checks / Spot checks on site
- Liase with site and order materials
- Managing recruitment of temp staff
- Exoerience dealing with RAMS/Tool Box Talks
- Process timesheets weekly
- Manage construction staff holidays
What you will need
- Full UK Driving licence
- Current CSCS card
- Competent using Microsoft word and excel
- Knoweldge of the construction industry
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Experience working under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and change plans
