Senior Employee Relations Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead on the delivery of a proactive, solutions-focused ER service across a large, matrix and complex organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership on a range of matters including complex case management, organisational change, and policy development. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring ER activity supports both business priorities and a positive employee experience.
Key focus areas:
* Experience of managing, driving and coaching teams of ER Specialists
* Previous experience working in a service led team, with SLAs
* Leading and coaching ER specialists to deliver consistent, high-quality advice.
* Overseeing complex employee relations cases and change programmes.
* Reviewing and enhancing ER policies, processes, and frameworks.
* Using data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Supporting the Head of ER with strategic projects and service development initiatives.
We’re looking for a credible, pragmatic leader with deep understanding of UK employment law, proven experience managing complex ER activity, and a collaborative, commercially minded approach.
