As a Team Leader in your restaurant, you will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a key role in delivering our core operations. Your responsibilities will include coaching and guiding your team to ensure a dependable and consistent customer experience. As a Team Leader, you will:
* Delight our guests by maintaining high standards on the shop floor, overseeing your team’s performance, and supporting management when needed.
* Be at the heart of our restaurants, managing shift setup and closing, performing admin duties to ensure safety and quality.
* Train your team and manage projects to identify your own stretch goals with your coach.
