Our client – a well-established name in the professional beauty and salon distribution industry – is entering an exciting new growth phase and is seeking a talented
Business Development Manager
to spearhead their expansion.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, driving new partnerships and growing business across the Northern region.
The Role
Develop and implement a business growth strategy within the spa, hotel, and beauty salon sectors.
Identify and win new business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
Collaborate with marketing and education teams to create impactful campaigns, events, and brand activations.
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring clients have access to the full portfolio of professional beauty and spa solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets to earn uncapped commission.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in
business development or account management
within the
spa or professional beauty/skincare
sector.
Strong existing network of contacts in the spa or beauty industry.
Demonstrable track record of successfully launching or growing premium or luxury brands.
Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing a field-based territory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury wellness experiences.
