Your new role
A support assistant is required to help themunity case worker to carry out their job role and work to her their potential. Without this support, workflow is impacted, errors can be made and not identified due to visual impairment. CCW is unable to attend service users’ homes to carry out home visits and assessments without support from an assistant. You will be required to support with some IT tasks, scan documents, provide proof reading support to check assessment forms that have beenpleted correctly. Scan relevant information and relay this to the CCW and scan task notes.
What you'll need to succeed
1. At least 6 months experience within a Social Care role
2. Level 2 in Health and Social Care
3. Enhanced DBS with adult's barred list (Hays can request a new DBS)
4. Able to obtain employment references from the past 2 years
5. Understanding of the responsibilities of a Support Worker
6. A passion for caring for individuals and making an impact on people's lives!
7. IT knowledge and use - Databases, Teams, Outlook - to support with IT tasks, skim reading, scanning, updating notes and assessments.
