Job description
The Senior Manager – Client Services analyses current accounts and target prospects to identify the right set of Buyers, their buying patterns, and helps tailor offerings and solutions for specific industry segments and accounts. They are responsible for reaching out to identified target Buyers through multiple channels such as cold-calling, partnerships, and events.
The Senior Manager – Client Services will navigate the account to identify various deals to increase Infosys' revenue and market share. They will form pursuit teams, position client-facing teams, and drive proposals to closure. They facilitate contracting discussions, develop account plans, and review them periodically to ensure growth. They identify the right contacts within the client organization, secure meetings, and anchor discussions to grow the account by positioning Infosys strategically. They also handle account operations, including signing off on SOWs and contracts, and manage customer relationships, including handling complaints and setting up meetings with key stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills required for the role
Knowledge: Knowledge of outsourcing business, IT cost & revenue drivers, business case creation, financial ratios and analyses, statistical analyses, and legal & contracting issues.
Skills: Effective communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, negotiation, commercial acumen, political landscape awareness, leadership, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A good sense of humor is an advantage.
