Ladies fashion brand is looking for a creative Brand Assistant/Social Media/Influencer.

The Role
Keep a constant pulse on TikTok and Instagram trends.
Deep-dive influencer performance using metrics like engagement rate, views per follower, completion rate.
Stay ahead of new apps, creator tools, and social tech – from AI editing and analytics platforms to the next wave of short-form video.
Manage all sample requests for creators on a daily basis.
Maintain logs of products sent, creators involved, and content posted.
Help organise creator content for internal use and reposting.
Research TikTok and Instagram creators that align with the brand.
Stay aware of current social media trends, viral videos, and popular creators in fashion.
Help generate content variations (captions, formats, visuals).
Stay aware of current social media trends, viral videos, and popular creators in fashion.
Assist with reporting on outreach and social media performance.
Assisting with marketing and campaigns
Implement social strategies to grow brand awareness - content creation & blogger outreach.
Complete regular competitor activity to understand the marketplace and environment.
Support the team with general administrative and organisational tasks.
Skills Required:
Have a minimum of 1+ year experience working within Ecommerce / social media.
Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Office.
Excellent English language is required.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to work effectively as a team and individually.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment to hit the ground running from the onset.
