The Automotive Lead Generation Coordinator plays a key role in turning Coopers’ strong position in the franchised motor dealer market into structured, measurable growth for PIB Group. Based within the Coopers office, and operating as part of PIB Insurance Broking (IB) the role reports into the Regional Managing Director for PIB IB. The focus is on converting data and existing relationships into high-quality leads, coordinating opportunities across PIB practices, and tracking performance to understand what drives results. This role would particularly suit someone coming from an internal sales, sales support or lead-generation background within a car dealership or dealer group, who understands how automotive pipelines work and how to progress opportunities efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing Use dealer, brand and market data to identify and generate high-quality automotive leads. Work closely with Coopers teams to understand dealer groups, regions and product opportunities. Turn insight into live opportunities, progressing leads efficiently through to quote stage. Coordinate automotive leads across PIB practices including Insurance Broking, Employee Benefits, Risk Management and Trade Credit. Support and run targeted automotive campaigns by brand, dealer group, region or product. Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and campaign data to support follow-up and reporting. What We’re Looking For Experience in internal sales, lead generation, sales coordination, marketing or data/MI roles, ideally within the automotive or motor dealer environment. Strong data handling skills, with confidence using Excel, CRM systems and reporting tools. Proven ability to manage pipelines and track performance against key metrics. Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across different teams.
