Description
In this role you will lead the migration of legacy front-end to modern, user friendly React Architecture - this will be a project taking 2-3 years and will involve:
* Lead the design and development of scalable React-based web applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements.
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Review and maintain high-quality code standards, implementing best practices.
* Mentor and guide junior developers within the team, fostering their growth.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
* Stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
* Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless user experience.
