Position Building Safety Manager
Salary Up to £55,000 per annum

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Building Safety Manager.
This is to work for specialists in operating small to large-scale living, commercial and mixed-use developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Safety team. They operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office/site and 2 days at home.
The role of Building Safety Manager is to support the business to implement its legislative and best practice requirements in relation to health, fire and structural safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance and other health and safety related elements contributing to a positive safety culture.
