I'm working with a long-established, product-led organisation going through a really interesting internal transformation.
They're now looking for a Product Designer to join a growing product team and work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineering.
This isn't a 'marketing site' design role. It's about solving real problems in real systems. For example, Internal operational tools and Data-heavy interfaces.
What you'll be doing
* Turning user needs into clear user flows, wireframes and UI designs
* Improving existing systems - making complex journeys simpler and more intuitive
* Working across UX + UI end-to-end (not siloed)
* Designing for real-world scenarios (errors, edge cases, messy workflows)
* Collaborating closely with product + engineering to ship usable solutions
What we are looking for:
* Strong UX + UI fundamentals
* Experience improving existing products / systems (not just greenfield)
* Comfortable working on complex / data-heavy applications
* Ability to bring clarity and structure to messy environments
* Confident using tools like Figma
* A xsngvjr genuinely user-focused mindset
You'll be joining a growing product function where there's genuine opportunity to shape how things are done, working alongside an experienced Lead Designer on high-impact work that goes beyond surface-level design .
