Responsibilities
* Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them.
* Store standards – you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
* Part of the team – you’ll work with a store team that takes pride in the store, collaborates, and has fun while delivering great service.
Required Skills & Experience
* An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to translate that into sales
* Inquisitive, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
* Passionate about the business
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking
