We are looking for a Team Leader!
Heart of England Cooperative Society is seeking a Team Leader to join our growing team at the Stoney Stanton store on a permanent part-time contract for 20 hours per week.
About You
As a Team Leader, you will take on a position of responsibility, supporting store operations and motivating the team. If you have previous leadership experience and a passion for convenience retail, this role is ideal for you. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all store areas are managed effectively and serve as a role model, embodying the Society's values and behaviours. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and supporting community projects.
