Supply Chain Administrator - Part-Time job share
Location: ME15 0DR Rural Maidstone - Easily accessible from Maidstone, Staplehurst, Marden, Tonbridge
Hours: 9am - 5pm (3 per week) You choose, within Monday - Thursday
£23-25,000 pro rata

Your Role Will Include:
- Stock analysis and reporting to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Purchasing essential products to meet customer order requirements
- Monitoring and resolving stock shortages and out-of-stock issues
- Chasing supplier deliveries and handling product returns
- Booking in deliveries and maintaining supply chain records
- Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in supply chain, purchasing, or stock control
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other business software
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
