* Processing weekly payroll from timesheets and processing salaried payroll
* Processing purchase invoices onto Sage – approx. 40-450 per month
* Allocating payments
* Managing accounts queries via phone and email
* Other ad-hoc duties when required such as stationary orders and other general admin duties
You will provide direct support to the Finance Manager and help with all round accounts administration. The working hours are 09:00am – 15:30pm over 4 days per week. The successful candidate must be AAT Level 2 qualified and have previous experience within a similar role, be a team player and have excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.
