Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Internal Sales / Branch Support FTC to join our well-established and experienced team based at our BML Hayley Wolverhamptonbranch. You will join us on a full time, Fixed Term Contract Basis for 9mths and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of MRO engineering products and consumables (bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales / Branch Support will include:
1. Efficient response to incoming enquiries and orders
2. Achieve profitable sale of goods across the product range, up-selling as appropriate
3. Prompt follow-up on customer enquiries not immediately resolved
4. Prepare quotes in response to customer requirements
5. Utilise Hayley's bespoke IT system to accurately identify, source and price items; to accurately record enquiries and orders, invoices and other documentation
6. Undertake ad hoc purchasing tasks, including placing orders, booking in products and raising customer invoices
