ABOUT THE COMPANY
A fast-growing retention agency with a specialist focus on CRM, working exclusively with well-known D2C e-commerce brands!
THE ROLE
As Senior CRM Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a team of 3 CRM executives
* Own CRM and retention strategy for multiple e-commerce clients
* Act as the go-to expert in Klaviyo lifecycle strategies and Shopify integrations
* Oversee briefs and campaign delivery across up to 20 client accounts
* Take ownership of CRM KPIs, testing, and performance optimisation
* Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver impactful campaigns
* Benefit from a clear roadmap to progression into Head of CRM as the business scales
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Deep CRM knowledge, with Klaviyo expertise preferred
* Strong understanding of e-commerce and lifecycle marketing strategies
* Experience with D2C brands
* Experience managing at least one team member is preferred
* Ability to balance hands‑on strategy with leadership across multiple client accounts
