This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on advisory role, supporting line managers and stakeholders to deliver fair, legally sound, and commercially aware outcomes across a wide range of employee relations issues.
Provide trusted advice and guidance to managers on ER topics including discipline, grievances, performance, absence, and investigations
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice
Strong knowledge of employment law, ACAS Code of Practice, and regulatory compliance
At least 2 years' experience in HR, ideally with some time in an advisory or operational role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider HR team
