Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker is to create and deliver high‑quality graphics and illustrations, working closely with the wider Design and Sales Teams to ensure that all graphics are completed in a timely manner to customers briefs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Creation of eye‑catching presentation boards from product images
* Use schemes provided by the Sales Team on our bespoke in‑house 3D sales software to create renders for presentation boards
* Creation of bespoke signs – candidate must be able to follow specifications
* Creation of graphic assets for our design and bid teams to progress the quality of our presentations
* Can work to deadlines, turn work around quickly
Skills & Experience
* Ideal role for a recent graduate of a Graphic Design related degree.
* Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign (essential) and have experience of asset management in Adobe Creative Suite
* Use of Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* You should be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritising to meet deadlines
* The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but collaborate with other departments on projects as needed
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, always looking to improve efficiencies and positively influence KOMPAN through a collaborative approach
* Passion for play, outdoor environments, and inclusive design
