Role Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will act as a leader and mentor while contributing to strategic planning and driving continuous process improvements across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Permanent · Full‑time – Leading multidisciplinary engineering delivery across major transmission and distribution projects. Coordinating surveys, optioneering, design, construction and commissioning activities across major energy programmes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership
* Multidisciplinary engineering delivery experience
* Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and support diverse teams effectively
* Adaptable and solution‑oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
