An opportunity has arisen with an established manufacturer in Bradford, who, due to an increase in workloads, are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a fixed permanent contract.
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Responsible for creating sales orders within correct lead times with accuracy for both product and prices
* Establish, develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers
* Liaise with customer and production regarding deliveries to ensure customer expectations are met
* Keep accurate files for customer
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
* Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Qualifications and Skills
* Good level of IT literacy - Will use multiple operational systems and excel.
* Numeracy skills - Will be adding sales orders, updating orders, loading delivery notes, running shipping reports, filing
* Excellent attitude
* Work as part of a team
* Be flexible towards working hours
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
