We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Field Service Engineer to join a growing technical team supporting sites along the M5 corridor – from Bristol to Birmingham. Whether you're based in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, or nearby – this could be the career move you’ve been waiting for. What You’ll Be Doing: As part of the Field Service Team, you’ll: Install, maintain, and repair advanced water treatment systems at customer sites Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc servicing and fault diagnosis Respond to emergency call-outs (rota-based) Support the installation and commissioning of new systems Work independently in the field – every day brings something different What You’ll Need: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (Level 3) Experience with plant maintenance or fault finding A full UK driving licence Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload Willingness to travel the region and do occasional weekend/on-call work Even Better If You Have: Electro-mechanical apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in Engineering 18th Edition certification Experience with water purification equipment What You’ll Get in Return: Up to £35,000 base salary Fully equipped company van tools travel expenses covered Paid overtime and on-call allowance Career progression and training on specialist systems Generous benefits package including: Excellent pension scheme Private medical insurance 10x salary life insurance 26 days holiday bank holidays Your Patch: You’ll cover a regional route between Bristol and Birmingham, ideally living somewhere nearby for great access north and south on the M5.
