If so, Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the South OT Team in Swadlincote, covering the South Derbyshire area.
This short-term contract offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, person-centred environment within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver strength-based assessments and interventions
* Support adults with equipment solutions and adaptations
* Work closely with housing providers and health partners
* Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and support
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches across agencies
Requirements:
* Experience in Occupational Therapy within a Local Authority
* Knowledge of equipment/adaptation solutions and daily living assessments
* Understanding of physical, learning disabilities and mental health conditions
* Strong communication, IT, and time management skills
* Ability to travel for home visits
* Familiarity with Mosaic recording system (desirable)
