A well‑established Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to join its growing legal team in Edinburgh. The firm is recognised for delivering clear, tailored advice and high‑quality legal services, supported by a strong team of skilled solicitors.
The successful candidate will play a central role in leading and shaping the firm’s Private Client offering, overseeing complex matters, and nurturing long‑term client relationships within a collaborative and well‑regarded Edinburgh practice. They will also bring the strategic vision and commercial drive needed to expand the Private Client business and strengthen its long‑term market position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and developing the firm’s Private Client offering, with an emphasis on strategic growth and service excellence.
2. Managing complex Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning and Executries.
3. Building, maintaining, and expanding long‑term client relationships through clear communication and tailored advice.
4. Driving forward the development of the Private Client business, contributing creatively and strategically to its growth.
5. Working collaboratively with an experienced team to deliver high‑quality legal services.
The firm is seeking someone with at least six years’ post‑qualification experience in Private Client work, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
