Overview
Head of Sales position at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. Based in Southport. Up to £70,000 basic + significant bonus. Excellent benefits package, with a clear path to becoming Sales Director.
The Role
* Managing, leading and motivating the sales team.
* Implement best practices in sales enablement, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools.
* Collaborate with board members to define and achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals.
* Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and clear goal setting.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
* Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to support campaigns and lead generation.
* Utilise Microsoft Dynamics to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and identify areas for improvement in sales activity.
What you\'ll need to apply to the Head of Sales
* 4+ years of sales leadership experience and a proven record of driving and improving sales performance.
* Authority, charisma, emotional intelligence, listening skills and natural leadership qualities.
* Leads by example.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
* A deep understanding of the balance between driving activity and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
* Emotionally intelligent, influential, and possessing the gravitas and business acumen to inspire confidence and drive change.
* Live within a commutable distance of Southport.
