Job Description
Joining as a Tax Trainee based in the firms Wellington offices you learn the skills to prepare tax returns across both personal and corporate tax. Your responsibilities and involvement with clients and wider tax project work will increase over time as you develop within the team and role and you will be encouraged to progress and develop within your career, with the support of highly experienced, qualified professional around you, combined with study support on offer to pursue ATT / CTA qualifications.
The Successful Applicant
For this Tax Trainee role you will be a graduate or having completed college / school with a clear, demonstrable desire to pursue a career within tax, seeking an opportunity with study support on offer for ATT / CTA. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate reasons why they are looking for a career within accountancy with an interest learning and developing new skills, attention to detail, team working capabilities and the ability to be resilient, taking on board the need to work to deadlines and under pressure.
