Overview:
Come join the team here at Stoke Lodge Hotel We are looking for a Housekeeper to come join our wonderful Housekeeping team.
Shifts are either 9am-3/4pm or 12pm-4pm. 18-30hours per week available.
Job Responsibilities:
* Cleaning the public and back-of-house areas in the hotel
* Clearing, cleaning and re-dressing guest rooms following departures
* Refreshing guest rooms during their stays; emptying bins, replacing towels and/or linens, replacing amenities
* Deep cleaning throughout the hotel in line with SOPs
* Maintaining the order, organisation and cleanliness of the housekeeping store rooms
* Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
* Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
* Adhere to health and safety standards
Skills / Qualifications:
* Previous experience in housekeeping preferred; preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Attention to detail and thoroughness
* Time-management skills and ability to work independently
* Works well in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
