Team Leader – Production / Logistics Location: Weston-Super-Mare Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 per annum We are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to support our clients contract within their production / warehouse operation. This is a key role responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the Proudction / Logistics team while ensuring operational and performance standards are met. Key Responsibilities * Lead, support, and manage the Warehouse Logistics team * Support the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisor with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews * Manage and motivate the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved * Develop and train team members to maximise performance and engagement * Conduct daily team briefings to ensure clear communication and alignment * Ensure all warehouse areas comply with company Health & Safety and hygiene policies * Monitor and deliver shift performance against agreed targets About You * Strong warehouse or manufacturing experience * Excellent communication skills * Proactive with the ability to make confident decisions * Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations * Computer literate * Professional, approachable, and supportive leadership style This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Team Leader looking to p...
