Utility ROV Services, a leader in offshore subsea renewables and decommissioning solutions, is seeking a Graduate/Junior Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. Youll be at the heart of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary offshore projects—supporting everything from planning to execution. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore operations. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and offshore crews to ensure technical excellence, safety, and on-time delivery. Duties Support project planning, risk assessment, and supplier management Provide technical input for offshore installation, commissioning, and logistics Develop method statements, work packs, and engineering deliverables Monitor and report on progress, ensuring compliance with HSE and QA standards Act as liaison between onshore teams and offshore execution teams Support procurement and interface management across disciplines Requirements A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
