Experience of delivering person centred care to residents within a Care Home setting. Experience in a care environment is preferred, although we welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Requirements: Ideally working towards or hold an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care An Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conducts Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Have a passion to deliver high levels of care at all times. SSSC Registration or willingness to register within the specified timescale.
