With a plan to triple in size over the next three years, the company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its growing technical function during this exciting transformation.
As Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams across Design, CVE, Technical Publications, and Test, ensuring all activities comply with EASA Part 21 Subpart J standards. You’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership, maintaining the company’s reputation for engineering excellence while implementing the frameworks needed to support long-term growth.`

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop Aerolux’s engineering teams across all disciplines
• Oversee engineering governance under EASA Part 21 Subpart J
• Drive design quality, compliance, and testing standards
• Liaise with aviation authorities and key customers on certification matters
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
• Broad understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in aerospace equipment
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager within a Part 21 or equivalent environment
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 21, TSO/ETSO, and qualification standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810)
• Strategic and hands-on leadership skills
• Aerospace background essential, ideally in component or equipment manufacturing
